Wellness
Workers posted abroad can face many challenges that can affect the success of their assignment. Some of which are family concerns, language barriers, isolation, cultural adjustments, adapting to a new routine that differs from their normal health and fitness regimes. We have built our plans to ensure there is a strong wellness programme for the expatriate workers to help guide them on their new journey. We have partnered with Optum, a UnitedHealth Group company to bring each of our members a wellness app Optum My Wellbeing.

This global service provides 24/7 access to information on everything from local customs and visa requirements; to weather and security alerts, and other issues relating to employee safety.
